Nick Parrotta

Nick started his fitness journey at 17 years old exercising in his garage.

Nick fell in love with fitness shortly after starting, he loved seeing his body physically change but more importantly he loved how it was a relief from his anxieties.

Nick suffers from fibular hemimelia and due to this had his right leg amputated at the age of 2. He never let that stop him from doing what he loves and through fitness he found confidence.

Nick has spent the last 6 years experimenting with different diets and workouts to better understand how the body reacts.

You may recognize Nick from BOSS Supplements, this is where he took the opportunity to begin researching nutrition, supplementation, and fitness.

Mark Broadfoot

Mark started his passion for fitness at the age of 13 exercising at home. Overcoming bullying by taking charge of his fitness he quickly realized this would be more than just a hobby at a young age.

Mark started in the gym at 15, studying the art of bodybuilding and expanded his knowledge at Humber College finishing with a Fitness and Health Promotion diploma.

Mark started his Personal Training career at Bodies by Design which is one of the largest personal training studios in Vaughan.

His pursuit of gaining knowledge and expertise brought him north where he ended up continuing his education at York University and then Nippissing.

Mark is happy helping customers at Boss reach their goals on a daily basis and can not wait to get back into personal training!

Emily Armstrong

Emily started on her fitness journey at the age of 15, diving into the world of competitive figure skating. Transitioning later to competitive powerlifting, she found that building strength became her go-to stress reliever, boosting her confidence as she gained muscle and power. Now a Registered Kinesiologist with a Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition, Emily is dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized plans tailored for success. What sets Emily apart is her friendly, approachable style. She loves educating her clients, empowering them to take charge of their health and fitness.
